Peter Lunt - Senior Associate, B.Ec., L.L.B.

Peter has a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, and was admitted to practise in 1994.

Peter joined the then Robert Stary & Associates in 2007 with previous experience including Victoria Legal Aid as Duty Solicitor and St Kilda Legal Service Drug & Alcohol Lawyer. Peter has also held a number of Community Legal sector and private sector positions including time at Slater & Gordon in Industrial Relations.

Peter is a member of Criminal Law Section of the Law Institute.

Peter’s Reflections:

• My interest in criminal law is to provide individuals with access to justice, particularly those in positions of disadvantage, when faced with the often overwhelming power of the state.
